Hello Terry.

We wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for the outstanding work you accomplished while building our new addition.

When we first met with you and Sandy in April '06, we had a strong sense that you would be the perfect contractor to complete our addition.  If you'll recall, you were never asked to provide us with references.  We just had a hunch that we could rely on your word that an excellent job would be performed.

You did not let us down.  You kept us informed every step of the way, you were always onsite when promised, your contractors showed up as promised, you took on additional projects as requested, and you created the entire construction project on your own.  The end result is a beautiful kitchen and deck that we'll enjoy for years to come.

We're sorry to see that you and Dustin moved on.  Your friendly conversation about your life, as well as our own, shows how you value your clients' lives.  You were more than a contractor, you were a welcome friend.

Please do not hesitate to use us as a reference or to share this letter with prospective clients.  We can honestly say that every day was a joy and we're very happy.
